Another Thai and Japanese Joint Development For Mid-Market Condo Project: Altitude Unicorn

Thai based developer Altititude Development and Japanese Real Estate Conglomerate Creed Group have entered into an undisclosed joint deal to develop and launch a mid market condominium project at  up-and-coming area of Talat Phlu called Altitude Unicorn Sathorn-Tha Phra.The project is worth a total of Bt2.4 billion. The project is located near the CBD area of Bangkok, conveniently accessed by the BTS Green Line.



Altitude Unicorn Sathorn-Tha Phra will be  34-storey high rise condominium connected to Talat Phlu BTS Station by skywalk, offering unrivaled convenience for residents. Located on 2 rai of land, the development comprises 711 units in four different types, including: One Bedroom, starting at 23.64 sqm ,One Bedroom Plus, with the unit area of 36.98 sqm; One Plus One Bedroom, with the unit area starting at of 39.08 sqm  and One Plus One Bedroom Loft, with the unit area starting at 57.01sqm.Unit prices start from 2.19 million baht. Construction is scheduled to start in Q3/2019 and is expected to be complete Q3/2021.

The project is near the Mall Tha-Phra, ICONSIAM, Asiatique, and other  popular  dining places  and attractions.
