Thailand is going to witness the debut of a new class of luxury condominiums never witnessed before with the launch of the #Scope Langsuan. To be developed on a plot of prime freehold land at Langsuan, that was transacted as the most ever expensive piece of land in Thailand’s history, the project is being designed by world famous designer, New York based Danish born Thomas Juul-Hansen. Other well known consultants collaborating on the project include acclaimed New York-based architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) and Bangkok-based Tandem Architects.

Thomas Juul-Hansen is the designer  of New York's ONE57 luxury apartments, nicknamed "The Billionaire Building". ONE57 held the record for the most expensive condominium residence ever sold in New York in 2019 at US$100.5 million, and it was also the tallest residential building in New York City since its opening in 2014.

Mr. Yongyutt Chaipromprasith and Chief Executive Officer of the development company SCOPE Co., Ltd and a prominent player in Thailand’s real estate industry commented in exclusive interview with Thailand Condo News,"We are a high end niche targeted  super luxury  developer, focusing exclusively on designing and developing ultra luxury and top premium branded residential projects, and we only team up with the top designers and architect companies that have such experience so as to provide a new class of living standards to discerning buyers.”

"SCOPE Langsuan is will be our  reference and signature project in Asia. It combines international premium standards and spectacular  interiors, with one of Bangkok's best locations at Langsuan Road. SCOPE Langsuan will have only 158 residences over 34 floors, and is only 140 metres from the BTS system” added Mr Chaipromprasith.

The developer has spared no costs in terms of the design fees whch are rumoured to be the highest ever paid in Thailand and has also one of the world's most admired architectural design firms, KPF, who are consulting on the design of SCOPE Langsuan. New York-based KPF designed Shanghai's iconic World Financial Centre, the International Commerce Centre that dominates Hong Kong's skyline as its tallest and most extraordinary skyscraper, South Korea's tallest building, the 123-floor Lotte World Tower, as well as New York's Hudson Yards, which is the largest private real estate development in the United States.

SCOPE Langsuan’s  location is a litany of  blessings, including just  a 2 minute walk to Bangkok’s green oasis, the Lumpini park, a 7 minute walk to Bangkok’s prime shopping district with Central world, Gayson Plaza, Siam Paragon and Saim  Centre in close proximity.

SCOPE Langsuan is scheduled for completion and hand over in early 2023. Its 158 residences range in price from approximately US$ 1.4 million to US$ 9 million with one-bedroom residences starting at 83 sqm, two-bedroom residences starting at 153 sqm and penthouse residences at 419 sqm.
